This apartment is located outside of the city in compete tranquility. The ocean and a beautiful view right at the front door. A yard with olive trees offers a shady spot. At night you can quietly enjoy stargazing and count shooting stars, especially in July/August.
I am renting a house with sleep accommodations for 6-8 people. There a three bedrooms (total of 6 sleep accommodations), an open-plan kitchen (the sofa can be used as a bed for 2 people), a bathroom with a barrier-free rain shower, air conditioning, WiFi, floor heating and a fire place for cold days, an outside kitchen, an outside shower, buoys for boats in front of the house and a lot of great spots for relaxation or enjoying the view.
The apartment is accessible over the beautiful patio. From there you get to the kitchen/living area. In the back part of the house, behind the kitchen, you will find the first bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Right next to it is the bathroom with a barrier-free rain shower.
The stairs will lead to the two upstairs bedrooms (with two single beds and one queen sized bed).
It doesn’t matter if you come with friends or family- you will find space for everyone.
On the side of the house is the backyard, in complete private. There you will find the outside kitchen with a nice seating arrangement and the outside shower.
The bathroom is equipped to a high standard with a toilet and a barrier-free shower.
Including: towels, bedding, soap and toilet paper for the beginning.
You have also the possibility to use the washing machine and the hair-dryer in the bathroom.
Enjoy your direct view to the ocean- from patio, kitchen and backyard.
The apartment is equipped with internet access.
Behind the patio and on the side of the house is a private welcoming backyard where you can enjoy some quiet time.
The big patio offers a place in the shade. You can prepare a nice dinner on the grill. Enjoy the summer evening with amazing sunsets and a nice glass of Croatian red wine.
Of course complete sunshine can not be guaranteed, but with over 200 sunny days per year at the Croatian coast and more than 9 hours of sun per day- the sun probability is very high.
There is nothing better than to get up in the morning and enjoy the ocean view right at your front door with a nice coffee.
This the perfect place for yoga and meditation, to get some time with yourself.
A credit card deposit is not necessary but possible.
There comes a final cleaning fee of 200,- EUR with every booking.
A cancellation of your booking could be processed without any costs up to 3 month before arrival. Please consider that only written cancellations can be recieved and processed.
