Main season (June – September):

There comes a final cleaning fee of 200,- EUR with every booking.
Low-Season (October – May):
215,- EUR / night

I am looking forward to your booking request
Simply select the days of your planned holiday by marking them individually in the calendar. Then send me your request by clicking on the “send” button. Your desired period will then be reserved. I will then contact you by e-mail to clarify the further details or send you a reservation confirmation for the desired period. The reservation will be confirmed after paying 50% of the total amount.
Notes on cancellation:
Please note that only cancellations received in writing can be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Free cancellation:A free cancellation can be made no later than 3 months before arrival.
Otherwise, in the event of cancellation of the booking before the start of the trip or in the event of premature termination of the booked stay, the following cancellation costs are to be borne:
- up to 3 months before arrival: 50% of the booked stay
- up to 1 month before arrival: 70% of the booked stay
- up to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the booked stay
- within the last week before the arrival day: 100% of the booked stay
Cleaning costs will be refunded in each case of cancellation.
